our company do networking in offices,various type of lan networking is possible.If you use NetFlow as your gateway on the router and a virtual network connection makes more sense than TCP or UDP then it's definitely acceptable to send any packets through that link instead..But if some traffic goes straight thru this port first without changing IP addresses:then no worries!
